Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • During peak seasons or sales events, processing times may be extended.

  • Expedited Shipping:

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Missing or Lost Packages:

  • If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at contact@bmc.fashion. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package.
  • Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
