Refund and Return Policy
Thank you for choosing Custom Corporate Clothing (A Bespoke Manufacturing Company Brand). We value your business and want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Refunds or Returns
We do not accept any refunds or returns for products unless the item is proven to be defective. Please ensure that you check your order thoroughly upon receipt.
2. Defective Products
If you receive a product that you believe is defective, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:
- The defect must be manufacturing-related (e.g., faulty stitching, damaged material, incorrect item sent).
- The issue must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
3. Reporting a Defective Product
To report a defective product, please contact our customer service team at contact@bmc.fashion with the following information:
- Order number
- A description of the defect
- Photographic evidence of the defect
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide further instructions for the return or exchange of the defective product.
4. Refund or Exchange Process
Upon receiving and inspecting the defective product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange request. If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method or send a replacement item. Please note that refunds may take time to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returning defective products will be covered by Custom Corporate Clothing (A Bespoke Manufacturing Company Brand). We will provide a prepaid return label once the claim is approved.
